Toddler Tuesday Wrestling
Toddler Tuesday introduces children to movement, athletics, and the wrestling room through age-appropriate games and activities.
This playful, low-contact class helps young athletes improve coordination, gain confidence, follow directions, and become comfortable training alongside other children.
No wrestling experience is needed.

Toddler Tuesday is not a traditional wrestling practice. At this age, our priority is helping children enjoy movement and become comfortable in a structured athletic environment.
Athletes learn through playful activities that keep them moving, engaged, and excited to return.

The class keeps direct contact to a minimum. A small amount may be introduced near the end of practice as children become more comfortable.

Toddler Tuesday serves as a bridge into the Broad Axe Beginner Wrestling Program.
As athletes become older, more confident, and ready for additional structure and partner interaction, our coaches can help families determine when it is time to enter the Beginner Program.
There is no pressure to move quickly. Every child develops at a different pace, and our priority is creating a positive first experience.
