Toddler Tuesday

Ages 2-5 · No experience required · Tuesday, 5:00-5:30 p.m.

A playful, low-contact introduction to movement, athletics, and the wrestling room.

Beginner Wrestling

Ages 5–9 · Zero to two years of experience · Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30-6:45 p.m.

An eight-week closed cohort teaching wrestling fundamentals, practice expectations, rules, and Broad Axe culture.

Intermediate Wrestling

Generally ages 8-12 · Generally three or more years of experience · Monday and Wednesday, 5:20-6:50 p.m.

Age-appropriate, systems-based instruction with faster drilling, more live wrestling, and complete offensive, defensive, and counter-wrestling development. State qualifiers, medalists, and champions may remain in Intermediate based on age and developmental fit.

Advanced Wrestling

Grades 6-12 · Generally three or more years of experience · Monday and Wednesday, 7:00-8:30 p.m.

A demanding, college-style environment for older wrestlers who are ready for hard drilling, advanced systems, extensive live wrestling, and greater ownership of their training. Placement is based on age, maturity, development, pace, safety, and coach judgment—not tournament credentials.

Elite Training

Sundays, 5:00-7:00 p.m. · Invitation only · Active Broad Axe members

An additional high-level training opportunity led by Coach Jordan Wood and featured guest clinicians for members who demonstrate consistent attendance, effort, focus, and coachability. Athletes must attend at least two weeknight Broad Axe practices each week and receive a coach invitation.

Homeschool Wrestling

Tuesday through Thursday · Study hall begins at 10:00 a.m. · Training from 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Focused schoolwork, purposeful daytime training, consistent partners, and up to seven and a half additional training hours each week.
